I absolutely loved the decoration of the hotel, especially the cozy and elegant ambiance in the common areas. It made me feel right at home and comfortable during my stay. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was also fantastic. There were ramps and handrails in key areas, making it easier for us to navigate and feel safe. It was a relief not having to struggle with stairs or steep slopes. the hotel was designed with the needs of senior guests in mind.

If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be having more assistance available from the staff. Sometimes, it felt like the children working there were too busy to answer all our questions or offer assistance when needed.

Had excellent stay in otherwise nice town and received ironing for free, a nice bonus. Huge room, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a lounge and a microwave oven. There was a tub in the private bathroom😃

We had an amazing stay at On Upton! the location was perfect, just a short walk to town and cafes. the beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. the modern, clean living spaces were a delight. the property managers were very knowledgeable about things to do in the area and offered great advice. It truly was the best apartment we've stayed in during our 3 weeks in New Zealand. Cons: Absolutely nothing! 😊.

The apartment was well-equipped and had all the necessary cooking utensils for vegetarians and vegans. There was also an abundance of natural light and spacious rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It felt like a luxury home with high-quality appointments and functional amenities. The kitchen was a dream, equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine and dryer concealed in the cupboard for added convenience. The location was good, within walking distance to the lake and even to the Wanake tree if you enjoy a leisurely stroll. The toilets had underground heating, ensuring that we never felt cold in the mornings. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The living room was spacious and had a box of games for the kids to enjoy. The entire family loved our two-night stay here, and we were sad to leave.

We had a fantastic stay in a spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and BBQ grill. the unit was clean and had comfortable beds and bed linens. the location was convenient, close to town and the lake. the staff at the nearby lodge were friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and a discount card. the apartment had ample parking space and offered privacy in a quiet setting.

The bathroom needed cleaning and the management was slow to respond.
